Maples Teesdale advises Fragrance Group on the negotiation of the hotel management agreement with RBH Hospitality Management for The Grand Atlantic Hotel Weston-super-Mare
By Tim DoddMaples Teesdale was instructed by the global property developer Fragrance Group to complete the negotiations of the hotel management agreement for its latest hotel acquisition, The Grand Atlantic Hotel, Weston-super-Mare, on the north Somerset coast.
Independent hotel management company RBH Hospitality Management has been appointed by Fragrance Group to operate the hotel. This signing marks the eleventh Fragrance-owned hotel to be under RBH’s management and strengthens the partnership of the two groups.
The Grand Atlantic Hotel boasts a beachfront location, 72 bedrooms, panoramic views, a restaurant, bar area and function facilities.
David Hart, CEO of RBH, said: “Our continuing relationship with Fragrance Group is a true endorsement of the levels of support and expertise RBH provides to all our owners. The Grand Atlantic Hotel is the eleventh Fragrance-owned hotel within our growing portfolio, and we look forward to continuing to work with the team.”
